Update: 6-8 Months…Fulton Books

Hey, friends,

What comes easy won’t last. What lasts won’t come easy. It’s been a long road with this writing journey. I’m thinking I can wait a little bit longer.

After speaking with my contact at Fulton book, April Mur, she explained the contract. All the ins and outs. The pros and cons. When I’ll get paid, how I can submit my own book cover, etc. There’s a lot more. But, what I was most concerned about was pricing. She explained the packages they provide and honestly I just need the simply publishing package. I can do all the marketing by myself right now until things get bigger.

Of course, I’m going to go over the contract again and get a second look at it to make sure everything is on the up and up. Once I sign the contract, things will go into affect as soon as the ink dries. From what was explained to me, my first book will be published in 6-8 months. I’m so excited (jumping around singing).
