Life Updates: Happy New Year!

Amazon Update

I searched on Amazon and noticed that my books are listed as being under limited availability or out of print. I did contact draft2digital and it was explained that Amazon doesn't really sell print books. It didn't sound right to me. I found a website that is associated with Amazon. Abe.com. My book is six dollars higher on that website.

What doesn't make sense to me is you have a website that sells new and used books. But why don't you just sell them on Amazon? So, technically, it's on Amazon, but it's not. Research other places for a better deal. I have all the book links I could find on www.books2read.com/ajjones. In print only. The only link I don't have on my author page is the one for Walmart. Walmart, of all places.

Luckily, my book is available on the international Amazon sites.

Stranger Things. Love The Nostalgia.

The people that know know I like watching some odd and weird stuff. I can be normal sometimes, but why?

I have been a fan of stranger things for a long time. I watched before all the hype. Just like Squid games. What drew me in first was the music. Then the nostalgia of the 80's. My kids were so shocked that I knew all the songs that were in the show. That's because I love music (O'jays reference, lol).

Second, was the show reminded me of good story telling. It wasn't remade, redone, revamped, remixed and it was smart. I never played D&D. I knew people who played it. I got some of the references.

I will say I wasn't expecting a happy ending. It was bittersweet.

My Newest Addiction

I’ve come across some of the mini drama apps. Some are live episodes others are comics. Some are mild and some are Carolina reaper hot. It’s something to pass the time. Some of the acting is ok. Some of the stories are mid.

I haven't tried the audio ones yet. Those will be next on my list.
