Voyage Media Appointment

So, I had my little appointment with Voyage Media. It was very interesting. It was a zoom meeting with a lot of other people who were handpicked to join. There was some there who was one of the two survivors of Jeffery Dahmer. I was definitely shocked. From what he was saying, with all the documentaries on Dahmer, nobody wants to hear what the victims have to say. It’s hard for him to get his work published. He felt this would be a good avenue for him.

I thought the same thing too. I understand nothing is free and if there is there has to be a catch.

After it was explained how your book or your project can be pitched to producers and how you can register with them, the price came up. Four hundred dollars to register and if you want someone to read your book, that’s an extra two hundred dollars. Let’s just say if I was rolling in money like that, I definitely would’ve jumped on it. Before I could ask the question, someone beat me to it. How are we suppose to pay for it when most of us are not that financially well off. It was explained that a phone can be called to set up monthly payments or a partial down payment. Now, that sounded good. But, I don’t know.

So, I guess I’ll keep grinding on all my endeavors.
